Wally Dip
(aka: Pineapple Cheese Spread)
I gave this recipe
the name of "Wally Dip" because my father-in-law really loved it. I
used to make it whenever we got together in the warm weather. It is refreshing and
tasty. My own dad loves it too. Although my father-in-law has passed away,
this recipe will always be called "Wally Dip" and we will always think of him
when we enjoy it.

INGREDIENTS
cream cheese
rushed pineapple, drained
(I don't drain it)
chopped pecans
chopped green pepper
(we use the mild green Italian frying peppers)
chopped green onions
(we use scallions or, if we don't have any, we use a little less regular onion plus
chives)
Lawry's seasoned salt
